Sales Specialist

About the role

Unox, a market leader in high‑end ovens, is looking for a Sales Specialist to develop and manage sales opportunities in Uruguay and Paraguay. You will be responsible for driving revenue, profit and market presence in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Implement market development and manage all selling operations in Uruguay and Paraguay, covering profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
• Establish Unox presence, drive sales activities, and expand the customer base through distributors and partners.
• Close sales, organize marketing events, conduct Individual Cooking Experience sessions, and deliver training for dealers and partners.
• Coordinate technical support, handle administrative processes, and generate detailed reports using the company’s CRM system.
• Monitor competition and gather marketplace information on pricing, products and merchandising techniques.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Strong understanding of product technology and the HoReCa sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and up to 3 years of sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
