Revenue Operations Specialist

About the role

The Revenue Operations Specialist acts as the main liaison between customers, sales teams, and headquarters, ensuring smooth order lifecycle management from opportunity through delivery. This role requires a strategic outlook while handling key accounts and supporting the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide close support to the sales organization for order booking, lifecycle management, delivery, and revenue recognition.
• Serve as gatekeeper to ensure booking processes follow company policies and optimize the supply chain.
• Coordinate manufacturing, transportation, and warehouse resources to guarantee on‑time service while maximizing revenue.
• Maintain strong collaboration with internal customers, business units, and operations teams.
• Manage inventory levels against demand and coordinate information flow to supply‑chain, procurement, warehouse, and shipping teams.

Required profile

• High‑level English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working in an office environment using Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in global companies providing sales support or customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle, Tableau, Salesforce or other ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
