Remote Project Manager (Technology Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a portfolio of high‑profile clients. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, guiding team members toward milestones.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and guarantee satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions across projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
