Real Estate Sales Consultant – First Home Projects

About the role

We are looking for motivated real‑estate sales consultants to market first‑home projects for a growing local developer. You will be responsible for driving sales using the Che Róga Porã (CRP) process and achieving assigned targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell first‑home residential projects to prospective buyers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle using the CRP platform.
• Generate and follow up on daily leads provided by the company.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas and report performance metrics.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, preferably in first‑home or residential markets.
• Responsible, goal‑oriented and comfortable working with performance targets.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Che Róga Porã (CRP) sales platform.
