About the role
We are seeking a Real Estate Development Manager to lead the national expansion of new projects for a recognized construction company in Paraguay. The role combines strategic planning with strong commercial focus to drive the integration and commercialization of new developments.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and acquire land or development opportunities.
- Oversee the commercialisation process of new real‑estate projects.
- Coordinate internal management of project pipelines from evaluation to market launch.
- Travel frequently across the country to manage project sites and stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years experience in real‑estate development.
- Degree in Administration, Engineering, Commercial studies or a related field.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial orientation.
