QA Automation Engineer (Playwright) – Remote

About the role

In this role you will own the QA domain for a fast‑moving startup, build advanced Playwright test suites and provide first‑line customer support during US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced automated test suites using Playwright.
• Manage the entire QA domain, including root cause analysis and bug reporting.
• Handle first‑line customer support via Intercom during US time zones.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate testing workflows.
• Patch minor issues directly on git branches for core team review.
• Interact with agentic QA tools to improve testing coverage and efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright.
• Experience with Claude Code or AI‑assisted development tools.
• Strong communication skills for customer‑facing support.
• Availability to work in US time zones.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
