Project Manager Specialist

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM is looking for a Project Manager Specialist to lead Innovation and Renovation (I&R) projects across Latin America. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality while collaborating with multicultural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of I&R projects from identification to final delivery using the I2L methodology.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick‑offs, check‑ins, gate reviews, post‑launch assessments, and workshops.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues to decision‑makers.
• Maintain transparent documentation and communication of project status, risks, and decisions to cross‑functional teams and leadership.
• Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date data entry in the I2L system.
• Lead stakeholder management across all functions, defining responsibilities and ensuring effective communication.
• Apply and continuously improve project‑management tools and techniques to guarantee project desirability, viability, and feasibility.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Proven experience in managing complex projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical and risk‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, diverse environment.
