Bluelight Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join its rapidly growing software consultancy team. This remote position serves clients across Latin America and offers the chance to lead high‑impact projects in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to drive project delivery.
• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules aligned with business strategy.
• Assign and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track, document, and report all aspects of project progress.
• Define project budgets, monitor expenditures, and adjust plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
