Project Manager (IT) – Remote

About the role

As an IT Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead medium to large‑scale technology projects, primarily focused on staff augmentation and software delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional, highly skilled teams, ensure smooth execution, and nurture strong client relationships while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic technology plans to support organizational effectiveness.
• Organize, monitor, and report on project outcomes while coaching team members.
• Foster reliable communication, develop team relationships, and identify growth opportunities for staff retention.
• Evaluate billable utilization, support capacity planning, and contribute to project profitability forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support IT strategies by evaluating outcomes, identifying issues, and understanding requirements.
• Assist financial objectives through forecasting, expense management, variance review, and corrective actions.
• Implement organizational standards to ensure quality service.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
• Client‑focused mindset with experience in financial management and budget oversight.
• Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage people (performance planning, team development, employee relations).
• Solid technical background in the IT industry and extensive experience with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
