About the role

We are seeking a Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising professional to shape and supervise the visual identity of our retail locations, create engaging brand experiences and coordinate commercial actions across multiple brands and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

Manage the look & feel of stores, facades, windows and displays.
Develop visual proposals aligned with commercial campaigns and seasonal themes.
Coordinate activations, events and brand experiences.
Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers.
Administer and commercialize spaces within points of sale.
Develop and coordinate POP materials and activation elements.
Analyze market trends and competitor actions.
Supervise correct implementation of brand image in stores.
Incorporate AI tools for creative proposals and process optimisation.

Required profile

Proactive, creative and solution‑oriented.
Self‑managed with strong execution focus.
Commercial vision and strong negotiation skills.
Prior experience in retail, trade marketing or visual merchandising is valued.
Own mobility required.
