Product Data & Vendor Coordination Specialist (Remote, Excel)

About the role

We are looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented specialist to maintain and update product information on our e‑commerce website. The role is fully remote and focuses on keeping product data accurate, complete and current while coordinating with manufacturers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information for the e‑commerce site, adding new items and revising existing listings.
• Work extensively with large Excel spreadsheets to sort, filter, copy, paste and apply basic formulas.
• Research manufacturer websites and contact vendors by email or phone to obtain missing or updated details.
• Verify SKUs, UPCs, pricing, MAP pricing, specifications, dimensions, finishes, images and other attributes.
• Identify discrepancies, follow up until correct information is received, and keep organized records of vendor requests.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent dependability, punctuality and ability to follow written instructions.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with U.S. manufacturers and vendors.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, copy‑paste, find/replace).

What we offer

• Compensation of $3.75–$4.00 USD per hour.
• Approximately 30 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
• Long‑term remote position with potential for additional responsibilities and growth.
