Performance Analyst

About the role

Altamira Group is looking for a Performance Analyst to support the administration, scheduling, and optimization of its digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams across seven brands, handling campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and real‑estate portals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and YouTube.
• Schedule and monitor campaign delivery to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPA and ROAS to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting, creative assets and budget allocation.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Formal education in Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Basic understanding of key performance indicators (CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
