About the role
TripleTen, an online bootcamp school, is looking for a Payroll Analyst to support its commercial team. The role focuses on accurate tracking of sales data, calculating variable compensation, and continuously improving related processes.
Key responsibilities
- Verify and validate sales data throughout the commercial process.
- Provide operational support to the sales team and SDRs.
- Calculate bonuses and variable compensation schemes for the commercial team.
- Monitor and control information related to performance and results.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales operations or similar roles.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Results‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
