About the role

TripleTen, a leading online bootcamp school, is looking for a Payroll Analyst to support its commercial team. The role focuses on accurate tracking of sales data, operational support for sales, and the calculation of variable compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and validate sales transactions within the commercial process.
• Provide operational support to the sales team and SDRs.
• Calculate bonuses and variable compensation schemes for the commercial team.
• Monitor and control performance data related to results and outcomes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales operations or similar roles.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Highly organized and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Desirable experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital environments.
• Data‑driven attitude and proactive approach to process enhancements.
