Operador Técnico de Elaboración de Jarabes

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Operator to produce semi‑finished and finished syrups according to product recipes and production schedules. The role ensures high‑quality output by applying TPM‑based production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Follow TPM philosophy, attend meetings, shift changes, trainings and audits.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment (5S, safety, quality).
• Operate, clean and keep equipment in optimal condition according to manuals.
• Enter production data accurately into SAP, digital sheets and other portals.
• Manage raw material inventories applying FIFO/FEFO principles and request replenishments.
• Support verification and calibration activities for measurement equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma; student or graduate in Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Production Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar production role.
• Solid knowledge of syrup manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of mechanics, electronics or electricity is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP, GSuite, Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using SCADA systems for process control.
• Ability to handle laboratory materials and food‑grade chemicals safely.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory management.
