About the role

The Technical Production Operator is responsible for preparing semi‑finished and finished syrups according to product recipes and production schedules. The role ensures high‑quality output by applying TPM‑based manufacturing processes and maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow TPM philosophy, attend meetings, shift changes, trainings and audits.
• Execute safety, quality, 5S and efficiency controls related to the production process.
• Operate, clean and maintain equipment and materials according to manuals and standards.
• Enter production data accurately into SAP, digital sheets and other portals.
• Manage raw material inventories using FIFO/FEFO principles and request replenishments as needed.
• Support equipment verification and calibration activities.
• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors about process‑related events.
• Perform any additional tasks required by the company.

Required profile

• Technical high school diploma or student/graduate in Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Production Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar production role.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, with basic understanding of chemistry, mechanics, electronics and electricity.
