About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating machinery on a production line, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining product quality in a plastics‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out tasks assigned according to the received Production Order.
• Operate the designated machine safely and efficiently.
• Verify proper machine functioning and promptly report any issues to the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager.
• Stop the machine in case of electrical or hydraulic problems and notify the Plant Manager for immediate repairs.
• Identify non‑conforming products and inform the Quality Control analyst.
• Perform sampling procedures and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Completed high school diploma (mandatory).
• Previous experience in an industrial setting, preferably in the plastics sector.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Own transportation and residence in the Luque/Isla Bogado area preferred.

Required skills

• Machine operation.
