Meta / Google / TikTok Account Manager or PPC Specialist

About the role

A fast-growing U.S.-based direct-to-consumer eCommerce business is looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition. The ideal candidate has recent experience managing advertising for U.S. brands and a proven ability to optimize campaigns that drive revenue, customer acquisition and profitable growth. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads
• Build audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and lookalikes
• Run A/B tests on creative, copy and landing pages
• Monitor budgets and maximize ROAS
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel
• Analyze performance and share actionable insights
• Work with creative and marketing teams to improve results
• Stay up to date on platform updates and industry best practices

Required profile

• At least 2 years of recent experience managing paid media for U.S.-based companies (mandatory)
• Experience with U.S. eCommerce consumer brands (mandatory)
• Excellent analytical skills and English communication

Required skills

• Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
• Managing performance budgets and optimizing ROAS, CPA and CAC
• Preferred: Shopify, Klaviyo, CRO and attribution models, and creative testing frameworks for DTC brands
