Markets Client Onboarding Analyst

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a Markets Client Delivery Analyst to support the APAC Sales team with end‑to‑end client onboarding, including document collection, account opening and platform configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Managers and external advisors to gather required agreements and documentation for onboarding.
• Act as primary liaison for Operations, managing priorities, client documents, collateral, credit limits and exception processes.
• Set up trading platforms, static data and coordinate ECN activities.
• Maintain and update onboarding checklists, identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Support projects aimed at policy changes or process enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in Business Relationship Support or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field.
• Experience in client onboarding, client services, sales support or client delivery within banking or financial services, preferably markets.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments and the transaction lifecycle.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of KYC/CDD/EDD, AML, tax and regulatory due diligence processes.
• Familiarity with ISDA documentation and account opening procedures.
