Marketing Project Coordinator

About the role

UJV is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day operation of its marketing workflow. You will keep projects moving smoothly from kickoff to delivery, ensuring all teams stay aligned and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the marketing project management system across Asana, Notion and other tools, keeping tasks organized and visible.
• Coordinate execution of content, social media, design, email, paid and co‑op marketing initiatives.
• Track timelines, ownership, priorities, dependencies and deliverables for multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Ensure briefs, creative assets, approvals and handoffs are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project health, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks before they affect delivery.
• Continuously suggest and implement incremental workflow improvements.
• Document project records to support scalable execution.
• Facilitate kick‑offs, status meetings and follow‑ups with marketing, design, regional and other internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a natural ability to bring order to complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills to keep teams and leadership informed.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Required skills

• Experience using Asana for project tracking.
• Familiarity with Notion as a knowledge‑base and workflow tool.
