Maintenance Technician

About the role

Capitan Cuac is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the daily operation and safety of its snack production machinery. You will work full‑time on‑site in Luque, Paraguay, with rotating shifts as required by the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production line equipment.
• Carry out regular inspections, adjustments, and repairs of industrial machinery.
• Identify breakdowns quickly and collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime.
• Maintain safety standards and hygiene practices specific to the food industry.

Required profile

• Technical training in mechanics, electricity, electronics or industrial maintenance.
• Experience in an industrial or food‑production environment.
• Knowledge of basic industrial safety and food‑grade hygiene practices.
• Strong teamwork, clear communication and a focus on continuous improvement.
