Kitchen Hygiene Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Hygiene Specialist to guarantee the daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen utensils and the entire gastronomic area. You will play a key part in maintaining the high‑standard hygiene required for our airline, airport and culinary services across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation of all kitchen equipment, utensils and surfaces each day.
• Follow established food‑safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with culinary staff to coordinate cleaning schedules without disrupting operations.
• Document cleaning activities and report any hygiene issues to supervisors promptly.
