About the role

The Sales Manager will lead and manage the commercial team to achieve sales targets for brand‑new (0 km) vehicles, implementing effective commercial strategies and building strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise sales advisors, setting individual and group objectives aligned with brand goals.
• Motivate the team to reach targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and ensure proper client portfolio management.
• Negotiate with companies and fleet operators for new‑energy vehicle sales, maintaining long‑term strategic client relationships.
• Handle customer complaints and guarantee satisfaction.
• Support implementation of technological tools to optimise processes and propose improvements to the customer experience.
• Participate in industry fairs and events to promote the brand.
• Oversee contracts, invoicing, vehicle delivery, inventory control and availability.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a car dealership as a Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor.
• Proven ability to manage teams and control operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, reporting and client portfolio management.
• Fluent Spanish and intermediate‑advanced English.
