About the role

We are looking for a passionate Jefe de Cocina to lead our kitchen operations. You will be part of a multicultural team dedicated to delivering high‑quality culinary experiences for airline, airport and hospitality clients across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute the production plan, ensuring correct proportions and ingredients according to client specifications.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality and presentation.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to support seamless service.
Lead, train and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

Enthusiastic about thriving in a diverse, multicultural environment.
Strong customer focus and commitment to quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production timelines.
