About the role

We are looking for a dedicated hygiene professional to ensure the daily cleanliness of kitchen utensils and the overall gastronomic establishment. You will join a leading aviation‑catering and airport dining group with over 70 years of experience across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Perform efficient daily cleaning and sanitisation of all kitchen equipment, utensils and surfaces.
• Maintain hygiene standards throughout the restaurant or catering area in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support smooth operations and uphold food safety regulations.
• Report any issues or deficiencies in cleaning processes to supervisors promptly.
