About the role
Join GCG, a leading provider of aviation and culinary services across the Caribbean and Latin America, as a Hygiene/Bachero. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring that all utensils and food‑service areas are spotless each day.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of kitchen utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
- Maintain hygiene standards throughout the restaurant or food‑service establishment.
- Follow company cleaning protocols and health‑safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors.
