Key responsibilities

• Engage with warm, pre‑qualified leads and guide them through the sales process.
• Run consultative sales calls that uncover each prospect’s career goals.
• Match prospects with the ELVTR program that best fits their objectives.
• Guide prospects confidently from the first conversation to enrollment.
• Hit and exceed monthly targets consistently.
• Maintain a sharp pipeline and keep CRM records accurate.
• Provide frontline insights to help shape programs and the sales playbook.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record, ideally in high‑ticket or consultative sales.
• Comfortable prospecting and starting conversations from scratch.
• Clear and confident communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections effectively.
• Experience working with CRMs and modern sales tools.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills under pressure.
• Ownership of numbers and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
