Gerente de Obras y Proyectos – Gestión Integral de Construcción

About the role

The company seeks a Gerente de Obras y Proyectos to lead the end‑to‑end construction of residential units. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, on‑time delivery and continuous improvement across multiple simultaneous projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple construction sites, meeting deadlines, budgets and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise technical teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, certifications, schedules and track project deviations.
• Implement quality controls and continuous‑improvement actions.
• Analyze recurring issues, rework and post‑sale claims, proposing preventive solutions.
• Develop indicators and monitoring tools to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Design, Purchasing, Logistics, Construction and Post‑sale departments.
• Lead, develop and empower the project team toward autonomous, results‑oriented performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, at least 5 years leading construction teams or operations.
• Proven ability to solve technical and operational problems on site.
• Flexibility to work on‑site full time and travel to Ciudad del Este as needed.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Power BI (preferred).
• BIM (Building Information Modeling) knowledge.
• Lean Construction principles.
• Last Planner System.
• PMP certification (preferred).
