About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function of a diversified holding group based in Asunción. The role will ensure accurate financial consolidation, uniform accounting policies, and compliance with tax and regulatory obligations across all subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes for multiple companies.
• Consolidate financial statements and prepare corporate reporting for senior management.
• Define, standardize and monitor accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, tax filings and regulatory submissions.
• Manage accounting aspects of trusts, bond issuances and securities market activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal and business unit leaders to ensure integrated financial management.
• Lead and develop the corporate accounting team, ensuring proper workload distribution and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification with a current license.
• Proven leadership experience in accounting within holdings, corporate groups or multi‑entity structures.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial statement consolidation and multi‑industry accounting.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and experience dealing with auditors and regulators.
• Experience with fiduciary structures, bond issuances and listed companies is highly valued.
