About the role

BuildVision AI is a fast‑growing startup creating AI‑powered tools for the construction industry. We are looking for a versatile Full‑Stack Developer to join our team in Asunción and help shape the technology behind our next stage of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend and backend features for customer‑facing applications.
• Manage APIs, databases, integrations, and internal tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve performance, security, and reliability.
• Maintain deployments, hosting, and development workflows.
• Review existing systems and implement practical technical improvements.

Required profile

• Professional experience building and maintaining full‑stack applications.
• Strong judgment around priorities, scope, and technical trade‑offs.
• Ability to work independently and see projects through to completion.
• Strong English communication skills (B2/C1).
