Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will build high‑quality, market‑leading applications while collaborating in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) back‑ends and RESTful APIs.
• Implement front‑end features using React (and optionally Vue.js or Livewire) with Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Apply Tailwind CSS for UI styling where needed.
• Participate in code reviews, estimations, and agile ceremonies.
• Deliver client‑focused solutions with ownership and attention to detail.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong grasp of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder.
• Proven experience testing with Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Hands‑on work with Inertia.js and RESTful API design.
• Front‑end development experience in React (Vue.js or Livewire a plus).
• Positive, can‑do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
