Flight Operations Specialist (Entry Level)

About the role

The Flight Operations Specialist (FOS) joins Consorcio Aviation’s International Flight Operations team in an entry‑level capacity. Working on‑site, you will support the full operations cycle, from quotation preparation to supplier coordination, live‑flight communications, reporting and invoice management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and input data for quotes, pro‑formas, monthly reports and invoices.
• Assist with live flight operations preparation, communications and coordination.
• Support RFP processes for Part 121 regular operations.
• Maintain and optimise project‑management software templates and back‑end folders.
• Handle email support for flight operations and liaise with clients and vendors.
• Contribute to monthly performance reporting and marketing material updates.

Required profile

• Effective written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Highly advanced spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with clients and suppliers.
• Coachable, able to follow direction and take initiative when needed.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Google Sheets.
