About the role

Join EY Paraguay as an Application Operations and Configuration Specialist. You will work on a globally‑focused team, configuring enterprise‑grade software, ensuring system health, and supporting international clients from your local office.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the application according to agreed business rules and use cases.
• Execute functional validations after configuration and during continuous releases.
• Monitor system health via dashboards and alerts, responding to incidents promptly.
• Document user guides, configuration scripts, and FAQs.
• Provide L2/L3 support, escalating technical issues and tracking them to resolution.
• Propose parameterization improvements to enhance user experience and reduce ticket volume.

Required skills

• Administration and parameterization of web applications (SaaS/on‑prem).
• Basic SQL and log‑reading for troubleshooting.
• Incident‑management tools such as Jira Service Desk and Zendesk.
• Integration knowledge (REST/JSON, webhooks).
• Fundamentals of networking and security (TLS, firewalls, SSO/OAuth).
