Ejecutivo/a de Ventas B2B – Ciudad del Este

About the role

Culligan Paraguay is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to grow its business in Ciudad del Este and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering consultative solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Manage and expand the assigned client portfolio.
• Identify client needs and present solutions in a consultative manner.
• Create cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, track opportunities and provide accurate forecasts.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and key regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven experience in prospecting, market development and client portfolio management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and result‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and develop the assigned territory commercially.
• Residence in Ciudad del Este or nearby areas.
