Ejecutivo de ventas Farma & Personal Care

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to grow our Farma & Personal Care business in Paraguay. The role combines commercial development with technical advisory to help clients choose the right products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Farma & Personal Care customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence in Paraguay.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate prices, commercial terms and agreements.
• Provide technical advice on products, ingredients and solutions.
• Conduct client visits and deliver technical presentations.
• Collaborate with technical and application teams to design tailored solutions.
• Track sales performance, forecast results and achieve targets.
• Analyze market trends, competition and industry developments.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of commercial experience in pharma, personal care, cosmetics, ingredients or related sectors.
• Strong commercial mindset, result orientation and negotiation skills.
• Technical understanding of products to advise customers effectively.
• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or a related field.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships and spot new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.
• Residency in Paraguay.
