Ejecutivo Comercial – Gestión de Clientes

About the role

The Commercial Executive will be responsible for growing and managing NextGen Py's client portfolio in Asunción. You will identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Track and follow up on leads, schedule meetings and product presentations.
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals and close sales agreements.
• Record all commercial activities in internal tools and CRM.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and performance.

Required profile

• Strong commercial aptitude with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, organize visits, calls and agendas.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable negotiating and presenting solutions.
• Experience in customer service focused on problem‑solving and loyalty.
• Educational background in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
• Team player capable of working under targets.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
