Ejecutivo Comercial – Distribución Seguridad e Infraestructura

About the role

ISTC Corp., a leading distributor of IT, connectivity, video surveillance, intrusion, access control, automation, detection and suppression solutions in Latin America, is seeking a Commercial Executive to manage the full sales cycle of security and infrastructure solutions in Paraguay.

Key responsibilities

• Identify commercial opportunities and prospect new clients.
• Follow up leads, manage the sales pipeline and close B2B deals.
• Prepare technical and economic proposals for security and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with internal support and logistics teams to ensure optimal delivery and service.
• Maintain fluent communication with key customers and build long‑term relationships.
• Participate in product presentations and training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong commercial aptitude with B2B sales experience and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to follow up opportunities, manage a pipeline and achieve results.
• Excellent oral and written communication for negotiation and internal coordination.
• Experience in commercial management, goal planning and activity reporting.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to listen, resolve incidents and propose tailored solutions.
• Preferably background in distribution of security, infrastructure, IT or connectivity solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM and office tools.
• Relevant education in administration, marketing, engineering, technology or related fields.
• Availability for full‑time onsite work in Miraflores, Paraguay.
