Digital Creative Analyst LATAM

About the role

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide is looking for a creative, strategic and detail-oriented Creative Design Analyst in Asunción, Paraguay, to bring its employer brand to life through visual storytelling and engaging content. The role turns talent attraction strategies, recruitment campaigns and employer branding priorities into creative concepts across digital and offline channels, and reports to the Talent Attraction Team.

Key responsibilities

• Turn campaign briefs, talent insights and business priorities into creative concepts, campaign ideas, visual identities, mood boards and storyboards.
• Design assets for social media, career sites, recruitment campaigns, presentations, newsletters, employee advocacy, events, email marketing and videos.
• Manage the Talent Attraction social media calendar and publishing workflow, coordinate content with Talent Attraction and Communications, and respond to community engagement.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, click-through rates and conversion metrics.
• Write clear, inclusive copy for social posts, campaign headlines, job ads, career pages, newsletters, email campaigns, video scripts and calls to action, and proofread and edit content.
• Support localization and translation where required, and partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, employees, agencies and vendors.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, creative design, social media content creation or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proven experience managing social media calendars, publishing workflows and community engagement.
• Experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, HR Communications or related fields is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Canva and video editing tools are an advantage.
• Strong copywriting, editing and storytelling skills, and project management skills.
