About the role

Our client, a dental services provider, is looking for a dedicated Dental Insurance Eligibility & Benefits Specialist. The role focuses on verifying patients’ dental insurance coverage and providing clear benefit breakdowns to support accurate billing and patient understanding.

Key responsibilities

Verify dental insurance eligibility for each patient.
Perform detailed benefit breakdowns for scheduled procedures.
Update patient records in the practice management system with accurate eligibility and benefit information.

Required profile

Proven experience with dental insurance eligibility and benefit verification.
Proficiency in using patient management systems.

Required skills

Dentrix software.
Open Dental software.
