Data & Analytics Engineer

About the role

Think of it as the architect, builder, and strategist of our sales data universe, all rolled into one. This role is the nerve center of Curvion’s reporting ecosystem, making sure every number, metric, and trend we rely on is accurate, trustworthy, and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow into BigQuery.
• Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot datasets to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Build, maintain, and improve Looker Studio dashboards and reporting.
• Optimize reporting performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in SQL and enjoy query optimization.
• Strong Python skills for solving real data problems.
• Ability to transform messy, scattered data into reliable, usable datasets.
• Experience building dashboards that make complex information easy for sales leaders.
• Skilled at building reliable pipelines and workflows.
• Obsessed with accuracy, data integrity, and efficiency.
• Proactive in investigating root causes of data anomalies.
• Motivated to eliminate manual reporting processes.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a high‑energy team.
• Believe sales data should drive decisions, not just look pretty.
