About the role

We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented individual to join our Western Union point‑of‑sale team in Asunción. The role involves providing customer service and handling cash transactions in Guaraníes and US dollars.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers with money‑transfer operations, including sending and receiving funds.
Process cash payments and receipts, ensuring accurate documentation.
Open, close and reconcile the cash drawer daily.
Verify that each transaction is supported by the required paperwork.
Follow all security, control and anti‑fraud procedures strictly.
Maintain transparency and order in cash handling.
Support additional services offered at the point of sale.

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience in cash handling, banking, money‑exchange or similar customer‑facing roles.
High attention to detail, organization and reliability.
Residency in Asunción or nearby areas.
Availability to work weekends according to the schedule.

Required skills

Basic computer literacy.
