Corporate Communications Analyst

About the role

The Corporate Communications Analyst will support internal communication, employer branding, and digital content initiatives for Nestlé in Paraguay. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand presence and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal communication strategy, employer branding, and talent initiatives through campaigns and content creation.
• Manage and update digital assets such as product sheets, images, recipes, and marketing materials to ensure a consistent user experience.
• Track consumer complaints and sensitive cases, coordinating with internal areas to provide timely responses and mitigate reputational risk.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Communications department, including vendor management, purchase orders, corporate events, promotions, and transversal projects.
• Coordinate institutional and sustainability communications, sharing milestones and achievements via internal and external channels.
• Assist in executing the eCommerce calendar, ensuring campaigns, promotions, and brand content align with commercial objectives.
• Support digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, conversion, and consumer engagement.

Required profile

• Graduate or student in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related fields.
• Relevant work experience in similar roles, preferably in agencies or corporate communications departments.
• Experience with reputation, organizational culture, or sustainability projects is a plus.
• Dynamic, adaptable, proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is desirable.
