About the role

As a Budget Coordinator at Salum & Wenz Constructora, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and controlling the budgets of construction projects. The position is full‑time and based on‑site in Asunción, Paraguay.

Key responsibilities

• Gather technical and economic data for each project and build detailed budget models.
• Analyze costs, compare supplier offers and adjust budgets as works progress.
• Coordinate with construction, purchasing and finance teams to ensure budget compliance and timely reporting of any deviations.
• Prepare monitoring reports and present economic proposals for new projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong experience in budget preparation, monitoring and control for construction works.
• Advanced analytical abilities for cost analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Knowledge of construction finance, accounting, cash‑flow management and expense control.
• Excellent teamwork, communication with technical and financial areas, organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
