Coordenador(a) de HR Business Partner

About the role

Aldelia, a Franco‑British multinational specialized in HR solutions and outsourcing, is looking for a Coordinator of HR Business Partner to join a company operating in import, logistics and distribution in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. The role is fully onsite and requires relocation to the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR Business Partner for business units, supporting leaders in people‑related decisions.
• Lead and support initiatives in Organizational Development, Talent Management and Performance.
• Implement programs for Leadership Development, Organizational Culture and Change Management.
• Manage compensation subsystems, including organizational structure, job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
• Use People Analytics to monitor HR indicators and inform decision‑making.
• Oversee strategic recruitment and selection aligned with operational needs.

Required profile

• Completed higher education in Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Proven experience in HRBP, Organizational Development, Change Management and People Analytics.
• Willingness to travel within the Mercosur region.
