Commercial Specialist – Glass Packaging

About the role

The Commercial Specialist will join Parglass in Gran Asunción to support commercial operations and client relationships within the sustainable glass packaging sector. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on managing inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end purchasing and sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, and support contract negotiations.
• Coordinate order processing with production, logistics, and finance teams to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and track performance metrics.
• Develop and nurture key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improved satisfaction.
• Assist in pricing strategies and monitor market trends relevant to glass packaging.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles, preferably in manufacturing or packaging.
• Ability to work on‑site in Gran Asunción and collaborate across functions.
• Organizational attention to detail and proficiency with office software and CRM tools.
• Relevant technical, business, or commercial education or equivalent experience.
