Brand Manager Comercial – Consumo Masivo

About the role

The company, a leading consumer‑goods business in Paraguay, is looking for a Brand Manager Comercial with a strong commercial orientation and trade‑marketing experience. The role will be responsible for the full management of assigned categories, from brand strategy to execution at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the annual and quarterly category plan.
• Manage sales, volume, mix, margin, inventory, investment and profitability indicators.
• Analyze portfolio performance and propose growth, innovation or rationalisation opportunities.
• Participate in setting prices, pack sizes, promotions and portfolio architecture.
• Develop trade‑marketing strategies and execution standards per channel.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, pricing and correct communication at points of sale.
• Conduct regular market visits and translate findings into action plans with the commercial team.
• Design promotions and activations with clear objectives and metrics.
• Coordinate campaigns, materials, packaging and communication actions with agencies and suppliers.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance and Marketing.
• Prepare reports and dashboards, presenting concrete recommendations for decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Product Management or commercial category management.
• Experience in consumer‑goods, distribution, retail or related industries.
• Strong commercial orientation and ability to interpret business indicators.
• Knowledge of channels, promotional dynamics and point‑of‑sale execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to make frequent visits to clients and points of sale and travel within the country as needed.
