About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service professional to manage the reception of technical service requests at our Asunción centre. The role involves interacting with clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the technical team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and receive clients requesting technical assistance.
- Log and track all interactions using a CRM system.
- Provide first‑line problem solving and direct issues to the appropriate technical staff.
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ensure timely follow‑up and resolution of client requests.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑service or technical reception role.
- Strong client handling and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent attitude, communication skills and teamwork.
- Availability to work at the Asunción centre Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:30 and Saturday 08:00‑12:15.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
