About the role
Wells Fargo is looking for an Associate, Treasury Management Sales Support to assist the Treasury Management consultants in the APAC Banks segment. The role focuses on supporting payments, client onboarding, and identifying process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and summarize client and prospect information for Treasury Management consultants.
- Oversee client onboarding and implementation from a sales support perspective.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct research and analysis to propose solutions.
- Present recommendations on complex situations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Required profile
- 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience in payments, liquidity, correspondent banking, or supporting large, complex clients.
- Strong partnership and communication skills.
- Self‑starter mentality with business‑to‑business sales acumen.
- Proficiency in English for engagement with global stakeholders.
