About the role
We are seeking a Planning Assistant to support our production planning activities in an industrial environment. The position is open to recent graduates or candidates currently completing their thesis in Industrial Chemistry and offers the possibility of rotating work schedules (morning, afternoon, night).
Key responsibilities
- Assist the planning team with daily scheduling and coordination tasks.
- Prepare, update, and verify planning documents and reports.
- Collaborate with production and operations staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and analyse data using Excel to support decision‑making.
- Participate in shift planning and adapt to rotating schedules as required.
Required profile
- License (Lic.) in Industrial Chemistry, recently graduated or in the thesis stage.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
- Experience in similar roles within an industrial setting is desirable but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Good handling of Microsoft Excel (preferred).
