About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Advisor specialized in selling first‑time homes for a growing real‑estate developer. The role combines client‑focused sales with the responsibility of meeting defined targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and guide potential buyers through the purchase of their first home.
- Maintain and update client information using a CRM system.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow‑up after the transaction.
- Work weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
Required profile
- Age between 25 and 38 years.
- Both genders accepted.
- Proven experience in real‑estate sales, especially first‑home transactions.
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
Required skills
- CRM management.
